Return Policy

Return website order 

It may of course happen that you are not completely satisfied with an item. You can then return the item(s) to us (costs at your own expense). 

OUTLET ITEMS CANNOT BE RETURNED

Return conditions 

We would like to ask you to send the return back as soon as possible, especially if you have ordered multiple sizes. We do not have an exhaustive stock and many customers are waiting for their size to return. 

Items to be returned/exchanged must be in their original condition; this means undamaged, unworn, unwashed, and with the price tag attached. We expect our customers to return items in their original condition, i.e., neatly folded and in their original packaging.
If an item is returned without tags, or is very wrinkled or not neatly folded, we will charge €0,50 per item for processing/restocking costs.
If the item has stains, we must have it dry-cleaned to make it saleable again. We charge €7,50 for this, which will be deducted from your return amount.
For large returns (i.e. 3 or more returned items), we charge €0,50 per returned item from the 3rd item onwards.

The return must be received by us no later than 14 days after the date of receipt (date of first delivery to your home or collection location). Your postal date does not apply here, but the date it was delivered to us.

Register return

* Go to the return registration page. ( Link for in your browser: https://www.longlady.nl/a/506-returns-manager)
* Enter your email address and order number here.
* You will then get an overview of all your beetled items.
* Select the item(s) to return and select quantity and reason.
*It would be great if you could provide some further explanation.
* Choose refund or exchange for different size.
* Then click on "Request return" at the bottom of the page.
* After you have registered your return, you will see the success page on your screen.

Send back

* There is an address label on the back of the packing slip.
* Peel off this label and place it over the original shipping sticker. 
* Place the item(s) and the packing slip in the package.
* Frank your package and gDrop off your package with a carrier of your choice.

!! Please also always include our email address info@longlady.nl when shipping. For some time now, we haven't been leaving a note in your mailbox if your order couldn't be delivered. This means we don't know if it was delivered to a parcel point.
Please keep an eye on the delivery yourself, as we as the recipient do not receive any notifications about delivery.

Tip: If your return fits through the letterbox, send it as a letterbox package via DHL.

Refunds

If you have returned one or more items, our policy is that we will ship within 4 working days handle the return after receipt - the items must be checked, steamed if necessary, repackaged and further processed. As soon as we have processed the return, you will receive an email with details of the return handling. At the same time, the amount will be refunded to your account. Please note that refunding amounts takes a number of working days to process, we ask for your understanding.


Exchanging

If you want to exchange an item for a different size or item, you can indicate this with your return notification. Your exchange will then be processed after receipt of your return. If you want to receive the other size faster, place a new order on our website.


Returning without registering your return or after the return period
 

If we do not receive your return within 14 days after the date of receipt (pay attention this is the date of the first delivery to home or collection point) we unfortunately cannot refund any money. You will then receive a credit note (valid for three months) for the amount of the returned items.


Return items purchased in the showroom

Items purchased in the showroom that are not discounted can be exchanged within 7 days. Discounted items purchased in the showroom cannot be returned.
