Sometimes an item is returned so you can check again at a later time if your size is back. This is especially true at the start of a new season.

What are the shipping costs

Shipping costs are free within the Netherlands (from September 18, 2023).
If you only order sale and/or outlet items, the shipping costs are €4,95 for letterbox package or €5,95 for normal package.

If your shipment is abroad, it depends on the method of shipment and where we have to send it. Consult the table for this this page.

How long does it take to refund my money?

When the credit note is made, a refund will be made simultaneously. There are a few working days processing time at the payment provider.

Can I exchange an item

If you want to exchange an item for another item, place a new order on our website. Unfortunately, it is not possible to exchange with a closed purse.

Place an order

You can place an order under your own account or without an account. With your own account it is easier and faster to exchange or return items. With an account you also save for a discount.

How do I place an order?- Place the desired item - in the right size and color - in the shopping cart and continue shopping until the shopping cart is filled as desired.
- Click on the shopping cart button to complete the order. In the shopping cart environment it is still possible to change/delete items.
- On the checkout page you see an overview of the articles and here you can also enter the code for discounts or gift vouchers.
- The further payment is self-explanatory. 

Can I combine orders

Did you place an order and then place another order within a few hours? Then the orders can be combined into one package, provided we have not yet processed the order and brought it to the carrier. 

Can I change or cancel my order

If we have not yet processed your order, we can change or cancel the order. Please contact us at thiscontact form.

Confirm order & order overview

You will receive a confirmation email within seconds of placing your order. Did you not receive this email? Then check your spam box, whether the email address has not been entered correctly. Payment methods

iDEAL
With iDEAL you can pay safely and easily via the trusted online payment environment of your own bank. Available benches; ABN AMRO, ING, Rabobank, ASN Bank, KNAB, Friesland Bank, RegioBank, Triodos Bank, Van Lanschot Bankiers and SNS Bank.

Paypal
Simply link your bank account or credit card to your PayPal account and decide whether your purchases are debited from your bank account, credit card or PayPal balance.

Klarna/Sofort
Klarna (formerly SOFORT banking) offers customers from Belgium, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Spain, Italy, France and Poland the option to pay with their preferred payment method. The payment system is comparable to the Dutch iDEAL.

Credit click
CreditClick is a way of paying afterwards with credit for your online purchases. You can pay in installments with a monthly amount that suits you. But also afterwards in one go. Ideal if the big purchase just isn't possible
comes true. It can be used in the Netherlands for amounts between €250 and €5.500.

Bank deposit
You must transfer the order amount to the account number below within 24 hours. Your order will be processed after receipt of your payment.

Discount codes and gift vouchers

You can enter the discount code or gift voucher code on the check-out page. Enter the code and click "apply".
Only 1 code can be used. Discount on discount is not possible.

Secure payment

All transactions performed on Longlady Fashion, are secured by the Shopify payment system. All information exchanged for payment execution is encrypted via the SSL protocol. This data cannot be traced, intercepted or used by third parties. This data is also not stored in our computer systems.

When do I receive my order

We process orders within 1-3 business days. When your order has been processed, we bring it to the carrier who delivers it to your home address or to the service point within a few working days. Shipping via Homerr is more sustainable, cheaper, but takes up to 8 working days before you receive it.

Where do I receive my order

You can choose the following options:

Delivery service point DHL
Pick up your order at Longlady in berkel and red rice

Track Order

Orders sent with DHL can be tracked with a Track & Trace code. You will receive this in your mailbox via the carrier at the end of the afternoon, as soon as the package has arrived at the carrier.

You will also find this track & trace code in your account when you are logged in.

Returns & Exchanges

Can I exchange an item

If you want to exchange an item for another item, place a new order on our website. Unfortunately, it is not possible to exchange with a closed purse.

How do I return an order

If you do not like the items, you can return them within the return period of 14 days. Clothing must be unworn, unwashed and with all tags still attached.

You can request your return via your customer account. You can here log in to your customer account. Select the relevant order and click on "Request return". Select the reason for return and write additional comments. We read these reasons and comments and take them into account in subsequent collections.
After your return registration, you will receive confirmation by email. Cut out the address label on the back of the packing slip and stick it over the original shipping sticker.
Deliver your return postage prepaid to a DHL service point.

Your return must be received by us within 14 days after you have received it.

Register return

You must register your return via your customer account. You can here login.

We would appreciate it if you could provide some explanation in addition to the reason. We will take this into account for subsequent collections.

Registering is an extra security so that we can keep an eye on whether what you have registered is also returned.

After registering, you will receive confirmation of your return registration by email.

Return and exchange conditions

Items can always be returned, unless stated otherwise with the product.

* You can register your return via your customer account. You can here log in to your customer account.
* The items to be returned/exchanged must be in their original condition; this means undamaged, unworn, unwashed and with the price tag attached. Please fold the items as much as possible as you received them.
* In addition, the items must be returned in proper packaging. 
* After registering your return, you will receive confirmation of your return registration by email.
* There is an address label on the back of the packing slip.
* Cut off this label and stick it over the original shipping sticker. 
* Place the item(s) and the packing slip in the package.
* Frank your package and deliver your package to a carrier of your choice. Tip: if your return fits through the letterbox, send it as a letterbox package via DHL.

The return must be received by us within 14 days of receipt. ! Please note, receipt date is the date of 1st delivery at home or pick-up location. If you pick up your package too late, you run the risk of not being able to return it on time.

Our policy is that received returns will be processed no later than 4 working days after receipt - the items must be checked, steamed if necessary, repackaged and further processed.

Complaints

Not satisfied with your product?
Are you not completely satisfied with your received product or with one of our services? Please notify us by sending an email toinfo@longlady. Nl
Provide a clear description stating:
- Order number
- Name
- Date of purchase
- A photo (if possible)

You will receive an answer about the handling of the complaint within a few working days (within 3 days at the latest).

PLEASE NOTE: complaints as a result of washing, broken seams after wearing, holes after washing/wearing and pilling of the fabric are not part of a production error and cannot be processed as a complaint.
