Maximum order quantity

The trend is that customers are ordering more and more and multiple sizes of multiple items, while the intention is not to keep all of them. So a lot of things are returned and we lose many items for several weeks. This is undesirable for our small stock. Other customers cannot order during the time that these (ultimately unsold) items are out of stock.
The risks of shipping and loss also lie with the sending entrepreneur.
That is why we have decided to limit the order amount to €600,= (orders added together), the number of items to 8 pieces and the number of sizes per product to 2 sizes.
If you still want to purchase a large amount of clothing, we will charge a surcharge of €15,- (for insurance of the package above €600,-). You will receive a link for payment after the order(s). The return period for large orders is 7 days. If (after any returns) the final order is > €500,= the insurance costs will be refunded.

Shipping

We offer free shipping within the Netherlands.
If you only order sale and/or outlet items, the shipping costs are €4,95 for letterbox package or €5,95 for normal package.
If the total of your orders is >€600, you will be charged €15 in insurance costs.


Returning your package is at your own expense.


If your order does not fit through the letterbox, you can choose how you want your package delivered.

Delivery times

If you have ordered and paid via Ideal, you can assume that the order will be processed within a number of working days. This depends on the order time and day. If you ordered after 12:00 on Friday, this means that your order will be processed on the next working day, Monday.
The lead time is on average 1-3 business days until it is handed over to the carrier.

Delivery can only be made to a home address, not a business address. 



Letterbox parcel (trackable)
When an order fits through the letterbox, this is the only shipping option that is offered. You don't have to stay home.



Delivery personally to the door (with track & trace code).
DHL delivers your package to your home. If it happens that the parcel deliverer does not find anyone at home, the parcel will be delivered to the local Parcel Shop.
He will leave a written notice for you.

DHL service point
Due to various technical changes, you can no longer choose to pick up at a service point during the order. However, you will be kept informed by the carrier about the delivery of your package. Via that email from the carrier, you can often change your delivery and have your order delivered to a service point.

  
The carrier chosen by the customer must provide a service, namely delivery of a package, and that carrier is paid for this. At the moment that the carrier has scanned the package (i.e. received from LongLady), a track and trace email is sent to the customer. From that moment on, LongLady is not liable for the loss or incorrect delivery of the package.
