Return Policy

Return website order 

It may of course happen that you are not completely satisfied with an item. You can then return the item(s) to us (costs at your own expense). 

OUTLET ITEMS CANNOT BE RETURNED

Return conditions 

We would like to ask you to send the return back as soon as possible, especially if you have ordered multiple sizes. We do not have an exhaustive stock and many customers are waiting for their size to return. 

The items to be returned/exchanged must be in their original condition; this means undamaged, unworn, unwashed and with attached price tag. We expect our customers to return the items to us in their original condition, i.e. neatly folded in the original packaging. If an item is returned without tags or is very wrinkled or not neatly folded, we will charge €0,50 per item, which is processing costs / restocking costs.

The return must be received by us no later than 14 days after the receipt date, but we ask you to do this as quickly as possible so that we can offer the unsold items to other customers.
! Please note that the date of receipt is the date of the first delivery at home or collection location. If you pick up your package too late, you run the risk of not returning it on time.

Items can only be returned if they are registered in your customer account, you can here log in, see also below.

Register return

* Go to you customer account. ( Link for in your browser: https://shopify.com/61013295361/account)
* Enter your email address here and click continue.
* You will receive a login code to your email address to log in to your account.
You will then receive an overview of all your orders.
* Select the order from which you want to return items.
* Click on "Request a return" at the top right.
* Choose the item(s) to be returned and select the reason.
*It would be great if you could provide some further explanation.
* Then click on "Request a return".
* After your return registration, you will receive an email confirming your return registration.

Send back

* There is an address label on the back of the packing slip.
* Cut off this label and stick it over the original shipping sticker. 
* Place the item(s) and the packing slip in the package.
* Frank your package and gDeliver your package to a carrier of your choice. Keep an eye on the delivery yourself as we as the recipient do not receive any notifications about delivery. For example, we will not be told whether something has been delivered to a parcel point if delivery to our office address was not successful. So always include our e-mail address when sending digitally. Tip: if your return fits through the letterbox, send it as a letterbox package via DHL.

Refunds

If you have returned one or more items, our policy is that we will ship within 4 working days handle the return after receipt - the items must be checked, steamed if necessary, repackaged and further processed. As soon as we have processed the return, you will receive an email with details of the return handling. At the same time, the amount will be refunded to your account. Please note that refunding amounts takes a number of working days to process, we ask for your understanding.


Exchanging

If you want to exchange an item for a different size or item, you can place a new order on our website. 


Returning without registering your return or after the return period
 

If we do not receive your return within 14 days after the date of receipt (pay attention this is the date of the 1st delivery to your home or collection point), then unfortunately we cannot give a refund. You will then receive a voucher for the amount of the returned items.

Return items purchased in the showroom

Items purchased in the showroom that are not discounted can be exchanged within 7 days. Discounted items purchased in the showroom cannot be returned.
